- 300g Strawberries
- 100g Fresh Raspberries
- 50g Blueberries
- 100g Sugar
- To taste: Fresh Mint
Method of preparation
Wash the strawberries and remove the stem.
Cut into quarters into a salad bowl.
Add the raspberrries and blueberries.
Sprinkle with sugar and the Gallo Vinegar.
Mix and then let stand for about 1 hours in the refrigerator.
Serve with whipped cream and chopped mint.
The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference.
