4 Tablespoons of Gallo Classic Extra Virgin
Green Whole Olives
- 1/4 Cup of fresh mixed herbs minced (mint, basil and parsley)
- 18 Cubes of Feta cheese
- 18 Wooden skewers
- 18 Gallo Flavor Hot Pepper Green Olives
Method of preparation
In a small bowl, combine fresh mixed herbs and olive oil; set aside.
Starting with watermelon, carefully thread each piece of watermelon, Feta Cheese, mint and Gallo Hot Pepper Green Olives onto each skewer.
Place decoratively on a serving platter and drizzle olive oil/herb mixture; top with fleur de sel if desired.
The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference.
