50ml Gallo Extra Virgin
- 150g Chicken breast steaks
- 10g Onion
- 20g Leeks
- 40g Carrots
- 40g Courgette
- 40g Mushrooms
- 2 Eggs
- 25ml Gallo olive oil infused with spiced sausage
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation
Vegetables: Heat the Gallo Classic Olive Oil in a pan and cook the vegetables cut into thin strips over a high heat so they do not stick to the pan.
Beat the eggs and add to the vegetables and season with salt and pepper to taste, while cooking.
Chicken: Season the chicken breast steaks with salt and pepper. Grill them and serve with Gallo olive oil infused with spicy sausage for a touch of flavor.
The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference.
