1 tablespoon Gallo My First Olive Oil
- 4 florets of broccoli
- 1 Chestnut
- 1 Potato (large)
Method of preparation
Wash the vegetables and peel them.
Cut them and place in a saucepan, adding water until covered. Cook until soft.
Remove from stove and blend to a smooth purée. Add one tablespoon of Gallo My First Olive Oil and blend again.
The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference.
