Ingredients

    40ml Gallo Extra Virgin

  • 500gr chicken breast in cubes
  • 50gr green pepper
  • 50gr red pepper
  • 20gr peanuts
  • 40ml soy sauce
  • 10ml rice vinegar
  • 10gr sugar
  • Pepper to taste
  • 20gr ginger
  • Scallions to taste
  • Eggs (2 un.)
  • 10gr cornstarch

In a bow, mix the soy sauce, the vinegar, the sugar and the cornstarch. Add the chicken and let marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut the peppers in small cubes and slice the ginger.

Drain the chicken from the marinade and put aside.

Heat a wok with the olive oil and sauté the vegetables until they have a nice colour. Put aside.

Then, in the same work, sauté the previously drained chicken and add the sauté vegetables.

Add the marinade you put aside, the chopped scallions and the peanuts.

Then, add the egg and stir energetically.

Serve with more scallions on top.
