Q.b. Gallo Green Pitted Olives
1-2 tbsp of Gallo White Balsamic
- 1 Apple
- 1 Cucumber (10 cm piece)
- 1 Cup of water
- 1-2 Tablespoons of chia seeds
- 2 Big handfuls of baby spinach
- 1-2 Tablespoons of lemon juice, to taste
- 1 Cup of ice cubs (optional)
Method of preparation
Peel the apple and cut it into large chunks.
Do the same with the cucumber and cut it into chunks.
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Chop Gallo Green Pitted Olives to serve them as topping.
Divide between the glasses, add some olives as topping.
The Gallo products suggested by the Chef for this recipe can be replaced by other Gallo varieties of your preference.
