2dl Gallo Porto Wine Vinegar
4dl Gallo Extra Virgin
- 150g Onions
- 100g Green Peppers
- 100g Red Peppers
- 300g Plum Tomatoes
- To taste: Oregano
- To taste: Fresh Coriander
- To taste: Salt
Method of preparation

Cut the onions, peppers and tomatoes into cubes.

Put everything into a salad bowl and season with salt, Mild Gallo Olive Oil, White Vinegar Gallo Vinegar and the aromatic herbs.

Mix well and then put to rest for 30 minutes before serving.
