- 500g of avocado

Method of preparation
Peel the avocados and scoop out the stone.
Place them in a bowl and crush them with a fork.
Season with Gallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil Reserve, Gallo Porto Wine Vinegar, salt, and Pepper.
Best served with toasted home-made bread or tortilla.
