- 1 tbsp of oil
- 1 tbsp of corn
- 10g of honey
10ml of Victor Guedes Extra Virgin Olive Oil Reserve
- 2 tbsp of oil
- 2 tbsp of corn
- 20g of honey
20ml of Victor Guedes Extra Virgin Olive Oil Reserve
- 3 tbsp of oil
- 3 tbsp of corn
- 30g of honey
30ml of Victor Guedes Extra Virgin Olive Oil Reserve
- 5 tbsp of oil
- 5 tbsp of corn
- 50g of honey
50ml of Victor Guedes Extra Virgin Olive Oil Reserve
Start by putting the corn at the bottom of a pan, without overlapping.
Drizzle with the oil and bring to low heat, with the lid on.
When the corn starts to crackle, shake the pan, always with the lid on, for the corn to cook.
Turn off the heat and leave the lid on until the corn stops crackling.
Heat the honey, together with the olive oil, in the microwave for 30 seconds and pour it in a large bowl.
Add the popcorn to the previous mix and mix together.
Then, drizzle the popcorn with a dash of olive oil.
If you prefer a savoury alternative, season the popcorn with the olive oil and freshly grounded pepper.
