- 5dl of Tawny Port Wine
- 5dl of Triple Sec
- 1dl of lime juice
- 40g of sugar
- 1 egg white
- Ice to taste
Method of preparation
Wet the side of a cup with Gallo Porto Wine Vinegar and roll it in sugar.
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, shake it a bit.
Add the egg white, and shake it again.
Stir and pour into the cup.
Zest some lime into the sugar before placing it in the cup.
