- 500g Salmon
- 400g Green asparagus
- Spices to taste (cinnamon stick, anise, black pepper, rose pepper)
- Rock salt to taste
Method of preparation
Clean the asparagus stalks.
Boil the asparagus in water, with a drizzle of Gallo Moonlight Crop Olive Oil and some salt.
Season the salmon with the spices and, with the aspargus water, steam the salmon.
Serve with the spices and the remaining Gallo Moonlight Crop Olive Oil.
The salmon must be warm but rare.
