25ml Gallo Sparkling Vinegar
- 400g Salmon Loins, cleaned and deboned
- 10ml Whisky
- To taste, Salt
- To taste, Pepper from the Mill
- To taste, Yellow Cane Sugar
- To taste, Lemon Thyme
Method of preparation
Place the salmon loins in a square Pyrex Tray.
Moisten the loins with Whisky and Gallo Vinegar.
Add the other ingredients and let marinate for about 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Cut into thin slices and serve with a salad of varied types of lettuce.
