75ml Gallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- 250g Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 3dl Milk
- 25g Honey
- 300g Fruit Salad
Method of preparation
To make the pancakes:
In a bowl mix the eggs, the honey, the Gallo olive oil, the milk and the flour. Beat until you have a smooth mixture.
Make the pancakes in an anti-stick frying pan.
Pour on a thread of honey.
Put on top the fruit salad and drizzle with Gallo olive oil.
The Gallo products that the Chef suggests for this recipe can be substituted by other Gallo varities of your preference. Experiment and share your incredible combinations!
