1 dl Gallo Late Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil Late Harvest
- 200g Padron Peppers
- To taste * Garlic cloves
- To taste * Salt (fleur de sel) and Pepper from the mill
Method of preparation
Heat up the Gallo Late Harvest Olive Oil and fry the garlic cloves.
Add the Padron Peppers and fry.
When ready put on serving dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper from the mill.
As the name of the recipe indicates some are hot others are not, If you get a hot one, sing!!
