- 4 Oranges (from the Algarve)
- 4 Tablespoons of Honey
- A pinch of ""fleur de sel"
- Cinnamon Powder
Method of preparation
Peel and slice the oranges.
On a serving dish place the slices of orange and pour the honey over them.
Then pour the Gallo olive oil and sprinkle with cinammon powder.
On the plate, add a pinch of "fleur de sel".
